We can see you via videoconference, or in some cases, via telephone.
There are no reporting requirements to your GP and you will not be limited to the amount of sessions you are eligible for per year.

    Private Health Insurance
Your Private Health Insurance cover may rebate a portion (or all) of the session fees, depending on your level of cover.

    Other Private Funding Options
Clients with access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) program may be eligible for telehealth psychology sessions, funded by their employer.

Visit our new client information page or book online today.

  • All Medicare eligible Australians can now access Medicare-subsidised telehealth sessions, regardless of your location.

You may choose to obtain an MBS referral to receive Medicare rebates to subsidise the cost of your sessions. A valid referral is required if you intend to claim Medicare rebates.

    Mental Health Treatment Plan
If you have a mental health disorder (this includes many conditions, such as depression and anxiety), you and your doctor can create a plan to treat it. If eligible, your doctor may refer you to us with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). For clients with a current MHTP, you can receive up to 10 Medicare rebated psychology sessions per year. We can process the Medicare rebate online for you too.

Eating Disorder Therapy under a MHTP
Clients who don’t meet the criteria for an EDP can still receive up to 10 sessions under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (see Medicare Rebates tab above), if they wish to access Medicare rebates.

Visit our new client information page for more information on these referral types and eligibility, or book online today.

  • Recovery from an eating disorder is unique to each person and for many, is an ongoing process. Wherever you are in your journey, our ANZAED Eating Disorder credentialed and endorsed psychologists can provide treatment and support via telehealth.

Medicare eligible Australians may be eligible to access rebates for eating disorder treatment via telehealth. Eating disorder referrals using MBS can occur through a GP Eating Disorders Plan (EDP), Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and/or a Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP).

    Eating Disorders Plan (EDP)
An EDP is usually obtained through your GP, but can also be accessed through paediatricians and psychiatrists. Clients with an EDP will be eligible for comprehensive treatment and management services for a 12 month period, which includes up to 20 Medicare rebated sessions. Eligibility criteria applies, so check with your doctor.

Eating Disorder Therapy under a MHTP
Clients who don’t meet the criteria for an EDP can still receive up to 10 sessions under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (see Medicare Rebates tab above), if they wish to access Medicare rebates.

    Private Eating Disorder Therapy
If you do not have a referral you can self-refer and book private sessions at any time. Rebates may be available through your Private Health Insurance fund.

Visit our new client information page for more information on these referral types and eligibility.

  • Our team also work with clients funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Connecting with a psychologist via telehealth removes travel and mobility limitations, and provides the same experience as a face-to-face session. We have extensive experience in providing therapy to people living in regional and remote areas with disabilities.

Plan managed and Self-managed NDIS participants can access telehealth psychological services through their NDIS plan, so there is no out of pocket cost for the participant. We accept referrals from support workers and individuals.
